EARNED ("the App") is a sales tracking application built for residential roofing sales representatives. This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the name and email you choose to share.
Sales and lead data. You enter lead information including homeowner names, addresses, job types, disposition outcomes, sale amounts, and notes. This data is stored to calculate your commissions, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Location data. With your permission, the App accesses your device location to tag leads with GPS coordinates and to power the roof measurement tool. Location is accessed only while the App is in use and is never tracked in the background.
Photos. With your permission, you may select photos from your library or camera for your profile picture or to share images in team chat. Photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage associated with your account.
Team and communication data. If you join a team, your display name, avatar, and sales performance data are visible to other team members. Messages sent in team chat are stored and visible to members of your team.
Device information. We collect a device token for push notifications so we can deliver follow-up reminders and daily recaps. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security policies that ensure users can only access their own data and their team's shared data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Photos are stored in private cloud storage buckets with access controls.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your sales performance data (lead counts, sales totals, close rates) is shared with members of your team if you join one. Managers can view individual rep performance within their team.
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Lead data, team messages, and performance history are preserved to maintain accurate historical reporting.
You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, leads, team memberships, messages, and uploaded photos from our servers. If you are the manager of a team, the team and all associated data is also removed. You may also email us using the information below to request deletion assistance.
EARNED is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the App or by other means. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
