Getting Started

EARNED is a sales tracking app for residential roofing sales representatives. When you open the app for the first time, you'll be asked to create an account or sign in with Apple. Your leads, goals, and commission rates will sync automatically across every device you sign in on.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join a team?
Open the Team tab, tap "Join Team," and enter the 6-character invite code from your manager. Your manager can find the code in their Settings screen.

How are commissions calculated?
EARNED multiplies each closed sale by the commission rate you've configured for its job type (Insurance, Retail, or Repair). You can adjust your rates in Settings → Goals & Rates. Deals marked "Financing Denied" are excluded from your totals.

I'm not receiving push notifications.
Check iOS Settings → EARNED → Notifications and confirm notifications are allowed. If they are and you still don't see reminders, try signing out and back in from Settings → Account.

My data isn't syncing across devices.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on every device. Pull down on the Dashboard to force a refresh. If it still doesn't sync, contact support below.

How do I delete my account?
Email us using the contact info below and we'll permanently delete your account, leads, photos, and all associated data within 30 days.

How do I export my data?
Settings → Data Management → Export. You'll get a JSON file containing every lead and setting on your account.
